Practice Format:
 
The club warms up together which includes:
1)     ½ Progressive Warm Up
2)     Team Exercises/Stretching
3)     Organized Form Work
 
The athletes then break into their specialty events:
1)     Sprinting
2)     Middle Distance
2)     Distance
3)     Throwing
4)     Jumping
 
Most athletes who jump will run a workout every day and work on jumping ½ a practice once a week.
 
The athletes then cool down and practice concludes.
